AI systems builder & operator · Dubai
I build AI systems that do your manual work.
One junior hire costs you $3,000+ a month for 160 hours. For $1,000 a month you get AI systems that work around the clock — built and run by an engineer who runs his own companies this way. Over fifteen production AI applications. Six you can click right now.
Free, written, no call. The three workflows worth automating first — in five days.
The problem
Your team is doing work a machine should do
Most small businesses run on inbox, spreadsheets, and re-typing the same things between systems. Here is what that looks like — and all of it is automatable.
E-commerce & retail operations
- Answering the same order, shipping, and returns questions all day
- Re-keying supplier emails into orders and stock sheets
- Chasing suppliers for confirmations and updates
- Updating catalog listings and descriptions by hand
Real estate & property management
- Re-typing listing details across portals
- Triaging tenant requests and maintenance emails
- Scheduling viewings back-and-forth over email
- Collecting and chasing documents from applicants
Recruiting & staffing
- Screening CVs against a brief one by one
- Replying to candidates and chasing availability
- Scheduling interviews across calendars
- Formatting and reformatting candidate profiles
Not in one of these? It does not matter. If your team does the same thing more than a few times a week, I can probably automate it. Tell me what it is →
The proof
I don't just advise. I build, ship, and run.
Most AI consultants have slides. I have production systems — including the companies I run myself. Six of them are public. Click any of them.
AI writing tools — a humanizer and an AI-text detector, sold to students and edtech.
A UAE productized consultancy I founded. Diagnoses one part of a business, then ships the fix.
A platform for deploying AI support chatbots onto a company's own data and channels.
A legal-and-training services site with a custom CMS, rebuilt from the ground up.
A white-label hosting SaaS — customer accounts, billing, a domain marketplace.
The platform the whole fleet runs on — deploys, DNS, TLS, monitoring, an LLM gateway.
How one person does all this
My companies run on an AI operating system I built
An AI chief of staff. Agent departments for engineering, sales, and analytics. Quality gates, signed receipts, and monitoring. I don't just sell this approach — my own businesses depend on it every day. That leverage is why I can run your systems for the price of a junior salary instead of an agency invoice.
What I do
Start free. Prove it in a week. Keep me for less than a hire.
Every price is published, and every price sits next to what the equivalent hire would cost. No hourly billing. No contact-for-pricing.
AI Opportunity Scan
FreeFind out what your manual work actually costs you.
You describe your business and where the repetitive work piles up. Within five business days I send back a written scan: the three workflows worth automating first, the effort each takes, and the hours a month each one frees.
Quick Win Build
Fixed priceOne week. One workflow gone. Less than half a month of a junior salary.
I take one painful, repetitive workflow and automate it end-to-end, then deploy it. Supplier emails turned into structured orders. Lead intake routed to your CRM with drafted replies. Documents turned into data entry. Whatever costs your team the most hours.
AI Build Sprint
Fixed priceA working system for less than two months of a junior hire.
A larger system shipped to production: a support or sales chatbot trained on your real data, a document-processing pipeline, a quote generator, an internal AI tool your team actually uses. Scoped as a fixed price before we start.
AI Operations Retainer
MonthlyA fraction of your cheapest hire. Works 24/7. Never calls in sick.
The core of what I do. I run everything that has been built — hosting, monitoring, fixes, model and prompt updates as the providers ship changes — and every month I ship one more small automation. You get a written report of the hours saved.
Automation Partner
MonthlyLess than one junior hire. Delivers like a technical team.
For businesses with more than one thing to automate. A standing roadmap, several workstreams running at once, bigger builds delivered in continuous sprints, priority response — and everything I build stays operated and monitored.
AI Department
MonthlyA fraction of what a technical department costs.
Department-scale AI across support, sales operations, and the back office — plus senior technical leadership on architecture, vendor choices, and the roadmap. For larger SMBs that need an AI function but not a full-time team to run it.
How I work
Built for owners who don't have time for meetings
Async and in writing
Discovery is a written intake, not a meeting marathon. Decisions land in documents you can re-read. One optional call after we both know there is a fit.
I ship weekly
You see working software every week, not status decks. Progress is measured in deployed systems and hours saved, with a written update each week.
Fixed prices, no hourly billing
Every number on this site is the number. Builds are fixed-scope, fixed-price. Retainers are flat monthly. No timesheets, no surprise invoices.
Timezone-proof
Based in Dubai, working across every timezone. The async model means the work moves forward whether or not our working hours overlap.
Straight answers
The questions I get asked first
Where are your client case studies?
My own companies are the case studies — six of them are public and you can click them at the top of this page. Client case studies get published as engagements close, anonymized, with the hours saved. Early clients get founding-client pricing in exchange for a named result I can show.
Why not just hire a freelancer on Upwork?
A freelancer builds something and leaves. Nobody runs it, monitors it, or updates it when a model changes underneath it. The retainer is the product: I keep your systems working and make them better every month. Building is the easy half.
Why should I trust a solo operator based in Dubai?
Because the proof is public and checkable. I run more than fifteen production AI applications, and six of them are live sites you can use right now. I work in writing, on fixed prices, with a contract and an invoice. You can start with a one-week Quick Win before committing to anything monthly.
How are you one person running all of this?
I built an AI operating system that runs my companies — agent departments for engineering, sales, and analytics, with quality gates and monitoring. That same leverage is why I can run your systems at a price that looks like a junior salary instead of an agency invoice.
What do you build on?
Production web apps on Next.js, the Claude API routed through a gateway I run, Postgres, and infrastructure I manage end to end — DNS, TLS, deploys, monitoring. I build on your existing tools where it makes sense and host things myself where it does not.
How do payments work?
Fixed builds are paid up front by card through a hosted checkout. Retainers are a flat monthly invoice with a card payment link, a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to stop. Prices are shown in US dollars; your card is charged through my UAE payment provider, which handles the currency conversion.
Do you sign an NDA and assign the IP?
Yes. A short fixed-scope agreement for builds, a simple monthly service agreement for retainers, IP assigns to you on payment, and a data-processing addendum is available for clients in the EU and UK.
