Privacy policy

Effective 13 June 2026

1. What I collect

When you submit the intake form, I collect the details you provide: your name, email, company, website, country, a description of the work you want automated, an optional budget range, and how you found me. For payments, my payment provider collects the card details — I never see or store your full card number. I keep basic technical metadata (a hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user-agent) to prevent spam and abuse.

2. How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, scope and deliver work, send invoices, and keep records of our engagement. I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. The legal basis for processing is your request to engage with me and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

3. Who it's shared with

I share data only with the service providers needed to run this site and deliver work — for example the payment provider (Ziina) for checkout, and email and hosting infrastructure I operate. These providers process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

4. Analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting, self-hosted analytics that do not track you across other websites and do not use advertising cookies.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and the UAE's personal data protection law — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email reach@mohammadalsayed.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. Clients in the EU or UK can request a data-processing addendum.

6. Retention

I keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
